Who processes your payment
Subscriptions to a Creator's club are sold by that Creator and billed through the Creator's payment provider (e.g., Stripe). The Creator, as merchant of record, is responsible for processing refunds. Ailan does not hold funds and does not process refunds.
Refunds
- First-time subscribers: you may request a full refund of your first payment within 7 days of your initial purchase — no questions asked. The Creator processes the refund.
- Renewals: renewal charges are non-refundable, but you may cancel anytime and keep access through the end of the paid period.
Cancellation
You may cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges and does not refund the current period unless required by law.
If a club closes or a Creator is removed
Future billing stops automatically. Access to the already-paid current period may continue to its end at Ailan's discretion; any refund for an unused period is handled by the Creator as merchant of record.
